You can order copies of issue or download all on PDF.

Also, go to the search archive of their website (www.bmj.com) and enter
medicalisation for some interesting papers.

Through  the BMJ's website you can enter rapid electronic responses to
each paper. These are widely read and contributed to in the UK and
interanationally.  Your contribution to some of the arguments would be
useful
