Dear CANCHID colleagues,

Are you involved in a community-campus partnership located in the
Toronto area? Consider applying to host a community site visit during
the Community-Campus Partnerships for Health (CCPH) 10th Anniversary
Conference, "Mobilizing Partnerships for Social Change," taking place
April 11-14, 2007 in Toronto! Applications are being accepted through
Wednesday January 17, 2007. Details at:
http://depts.washington.edu/ccph/conf-sitevisits.html

A unique and important component of the conference is community site visits of
innovative community-campus partnerships that involve Toronto-area community
organizations and higher educational institutions. Community site visits take
place in the afternoon on Friday April 13 and do not complete with other
conference programming. They provide an opportunity for conference participants
to learn in-depth from partnerships in the Toronto area by spending about three
hours touring and talking with the partnership's major stakeholders. The site
visits can represent a variety of definitions of "community," "campus" and
"partnership." They also give hosting organizations exposure to colleagues from
across North America and often from around the world. All site visit hosts will
receive one complimentary registration to attend the full conference and
one-year free membership in CCPH.

If you have any questions or would like more information, please contact
Peg Lahn, Toronto-based site visit coordinator, at (647) 668-7177 or via
