As of noon on Monday March 23rd, two of York's internal DNS servers, 
deadtech.ccs and draco.ccs, were intermittently unable to resolve various 
external sites, such as microsoft.com, yahoo.com, cnn.com, etc.  This 
appears to now be resolved.  However, CNS Network Operations will
continue to monitor the status of the servers and report back on any 
further issues/updates, as necessary.
