On Tuesday November 3rd, between 3:00am and 7:00am, York University's 
Internet service provider needs to perform various software and hardware 
upgrades.  As a consequence York will be inaccessible from the 
Internet, and the Internet inaccessible from York for about 20 minutes 
(in total) during the maintenance window.
