I have advertising items (menus, matchbook covers, flyers, door-hangers, 
etc.) for the following, all dating from the 1930s to the 1960s:

TS's Restaurant & Pastry Shop, Boca Raton FL
TS Diner & Restaurant, Paramus NJ
P&P Cocktail Lounge, Wayne, MI
Becky Thatcher Steamboat Restaurant, on the St Louis Levee
HF Family Restaurant, Flagstaff AZ
HF Coffee Shop, Bishop CA
HF Restaurant & Lounge, Portland OR
Huck's Food Store, St Claire Shores, MI
MT Cafeteria, Memphis TN
MT Saloon, Virginia City NV
MT Casino, La Grange MO

Also have similar advertising crrrrrap for MT Hotels, Motels, and Inns, 
most with coffee shops and eateries, from the 1930s-1960s, from:

Elmira, Chicago, Horseheads, Albany (TS Motor Inn), St Louis, Hollywood, 
Hannibal, San Francisco, New Albany IN, Detroit, Minneapolis, Jamestown 
TN, and Redding CT (on route 53 bet. Georgetown and Bethel)

I've stayed at some and eaten at others, but have never researched their 
years of operation.
