INTERNATIONAL COMMUNITY HEALTH RESEARCH FELLOWSHIP

An exceptional opportunity exists for a candidate who wants to develop an 
international community health services research career and obtain 
experience managing a CIDA-funded bilateral maternal and child health 
project. Qualifications: International field and management experience, 
preferably in Asia; research interests in community health services and 
policy research; a demonstrated commitment to international health work; 
experience with interdisciplinary teams; a PhD in a relevant field; 
demonstrated potential as a research scholar; fluency in English. 
Proficiency in Mandarin would be an asset. The candidate is expected to be 
an individual with excellent potential to successfully apply for a research

le plan international et à acquérir de l’expérience comme gestionnaire d’un 
projet bilatéral fondé par l’ACDI sur la santé mère-enfant. Les compétence 
requises: une expérience sur le terrain et en gestion dans des pays 
étrangers, de préférence en Asie; s’intéresse à la recherche sur les 
services et les politiques de santé communautaire; démontre une 
détermination à travailler dans le domaine de la santé dans des pays 
étrangers; possède de l’expérience de travail au sein d’équipes 
interdisciplinaires; a obtenu un doctorat dans un domaine pertinent; a 
démontré des qualités de chercheur. Cette personne doit avoir d’excellentes 
qualités et compétences, qui l’aideront à obtenir une bourse de chercheur. 
Le bilinguisme (français et anglais, ou anglais et mandarin) est un atout. 
La personne doit pouvoir s’exprimer facilement en anglais.
