International Programs, Intern - The Leprosy Mission Canada
The Leprosy Mission Canada (TLMC) is a faith-based international
development organization focused on strengthening health systems -
specifically those relating to leprosy, disability and neglected
tropical diseases – in targeted developing countries.
Description:
TLMC’s International Programs Department offers a unique opportunity
for those interested in international development, health, disability
and/or neglected tropical diseases. We provide a participatory, fun
and challenging learning environment.
The main role of the International Programs Intern will be to assist
with communications, social media and research for health-focused
programming in TLMC’s countries of focus: Bangladesh, India, Nepal,
Myanmar, Indonesia, Ethiopia, Mozambique, Nigeria and the DR Congo.
