Vermont has always been an exceptionally democratic state and no
indicative of the USA as a whole. Obama had no choice with the whipped
up GOP frenzy - nor did Hillary and Bill Clinton almost 20 years ago.
It's sure a different country.  Fargo North Dakota doesn't want to
build a floodway like Winnipeg - prefer to be rugged individualists it
