Anne Emanuelle...I wrote to Felleghi (sp?) two or three years ago and
received a basic kiss off reply. I agree it's immoral, but then one wonders
what arguments to use with this government. Stats Can used to be
respected...now it looks like we are in a catch-22 situation.
