An eReports Upgrade is scheduled for this upcoming Tuesday, May 17th from 
16:30-17:30.  As a result of this upgrade, eReports will be moving 
locations to https://ereports.uit.yorku.ca/ereports/  The existing 
location will have a link to the new site.
Consequently, all promotions to go to eReports production will be frozen 
until next Tuesday(emergencies excepted).

eReports QA will also be moving locations, to
https://ereportsqa.uit.yorku.ca/ereports/
The existing location will also have a link to the new site.  The QA 
environment will be moved on Friday May 13th.

A benefit of the upgrade is that the list of compatible software for use 
with eReports has expanded:
Web Browsers: Internet Explorer 7, 8; Firefox 3
Microsoft Office: 2003, 2007
Adobe Reader: 9 and higher

Because of the upgrade and change of location, clients will have to adjust
their web browser settings.  The following link has a list of the required
changes, along with instructions on how to make these changes:

** Special Note for Forecast and Budget Call Application **
In order to use the Forecast and Budget Call application, clients must use
Internet Explorer 7 only.  The configuration settings referred to above
also apply.  Clients must also use the Java 1.6.7 plugin only.

Most (if not all) current Forecast and Budget Call application users will
likely not have to change software, but they will have to configure
Internet Explorer as a result of the website address change.
