Dear All,
I am involved in developing a new structure for health promotion within Iran Ministry of Health.We used to have a health education department that reduced to a health education office in department of public health.Now a new structure is under development for health education and promotion department. I am conducting a comparative study of similar structures globally. I would appreciate if you can help me by sending articles,links or  organizational chart of department of public health and/or health promotion in your country or state.
