Supportive Supervision of Supply Chain Personnel, a newly released
video by the USAID | DELIVER PROJECT, provides practical advice and
tips for management-level staff on how to be an effective, supportive
supervisor for supply chain activities.

Supervision of supply chain personnel at the health facility level is
a critical element of effective supply chain management. Conducting
regular supervision can alert program managers of potential problems
within the logistics system, which, once addressed, help strengthen
the system and better ensure commodity availability.
