Kenneth,

I'm so glad you agree.  I don't think we can doubt that newspaper humorists
like Buchwald draw heavily on the memory and inspiration of Mark Twain.
Sometimes I actually feel that he is there, watching me peck at my keyboard,
wondering why the hell he doesn't have something better to do with all of
eternity, than poke around watching lesser authors hack away.
