Folks; I'm a bit stunned by the response, and so sadly must now say that
I'm out of copies -- so sorry.  I think I will just have enough for those
who have written already, so if I do not respond immediately to you
personally, do not despair; I put a bunch in the mail yesterday and since
last night have requests for the remaining copies.  Thus: please cease and
desist!!

Stunned, I say; my grand popularity is something to behold.  There are
things one can learn only by carrying a cat by its tail, it seems.

PS: John Bird, yes, it's written in English; though you will need some
pretty decent Japanese to read the rest of that issue.
