Are you and your colleagues interested in attending an international Health Promotion
conference close to home? Do you believe that civil society can play a key role in health
promotion and contribute to achieving the United Nations sustainable development goals?
Are you interested in taking part in the creation of a civil society Declaration on Health
Promotion to be submitted to the Government of Canada and possible submission to the
World Health Organization?
A unique opportunity to engage with health promoters from around the globe is happening
on Prince Edward Island (PEI), Canada this fall. The 6th Global Forum on Health Promotion
will be held on October 16, 17 2016. Official registration will open in late April.
Advance Registration Option
If you are not sure who will attend from your organization, but want to ensure that your
group has representation, book registrations for a group of 3 or more by March 31 and you
will receive a special March discount of 25% on the early bird registration - a $70 saving
per registration! Payment can be made by credit card or invoice. The Student registration
rate is $100.00 and group payments are also accepted during this March Madness.
When registration officially opens you can send us a list of the names you wish to register
and the individuals can enter their information in our registration system identifying that
they are prepaid. Contact us at [log in to unmask] to request an invoice or
arrange for online payment. When registration opens, fees are priced at $595, with an
early bird rate of $495 until June 15th.
About the Forum:
The Global Forum on Health Promotion will be held in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island
(PEI), Canada from October 16-17, 2016. The theme for the event will be Health Promotion
~ At the Very Heart of Sustainability, and it will celebrate the 30th anniversary of the
Ottawa Charter. The forum is a collaborative event organized by the Alliance for Health
Promotion, Groupe entreprises en santé, PEI Department of Health and Wellness, and The
Quaich Inc.

Si vous voulez vous assurer que votre organisation soit présente lors de l'événement,
réservez 3 inscriptions ou plus d’ici le 31 mars pour bénéficier d’un rabais de 25 % sur les
inscriptions hâtives - une économie de 70 $ par inscription! Le paiement peut être effectué
par carte de crédit ou par facturation. Le tarif d'inscription pour les étudiants est de 100 $
et les paiements de groupes sont également acceptés dans le cadre de cette promotion du
mois de mars.

une liste des noms des personnes que vous souhaitez inscrire. Ces derniers pourront
compléter les informations lors de leur inscription en nous avisant qu'ils ont payé à

À propos du Forum
Le Forum mondial sur la promotion de la santé se tiendra à Charlottetown, Île-du-Prince-
Édouard (Î.-P.-É.) au Canada, les 16 et 17 octobre 2016. Le thème de l'événement sera : La
promotion de la santé, au cœur du développement durable. Le forum, qui célébrera le 30e
anniversaire de la Charte d’Ottawa, est un événement collaboratif organisé par l’Alliance
pour la Promotion de la santé, le Groupe Entreprises en santé, le ministère de la Santé et
du Mieux-être de l’ Î.-P.-É. et The Quaich Inc.
