Many people employ out-of-messages when away.
The York University SDOH listserv filter picks up and stops about 90% of
them (as owner, I get ALL of the them!).
The rest make it through to everyone on the list. Notable villains are
some of the Health Canada emails -- and even then it is not so bad!. The
real solution is for people to unsubscribe from SDOH when they are away.
Simply send the message SIGNOFF SDOH to [log in to unmask]
Upon returning
send the message SUBSCRIBE SDOH YOURNAME to [log in to unmask]
and check the SDOH archives for any "IMPORTANT" missed messages.
