Let's link this great paper to support for immediate preventive action
across the Life Trajectory for all local kids articulated in the Ontario
McMurtry-Curling Roots of Violence Report, Dec. 2008. It is a terrific
synopsis of the problems of kids/families social exclusion, racism and
poverty WITH solutions including infrastructure and governance.

Definition of Social Paediatrics:Care of the disadvantaged, socially
excluded child, youth, and family.
Goal: To elevate each life trajectory through nurture from birth noting
that (1) The Brain is an environmentally sensitive organ, like the lungs
(2) Scientific knowledge is not enough to create health/health equity,
social determinants of health are critical (3) Appreciation of the Right to
Health is required, not Charity.
