ALBERTA CENTRE FOR ACTIVE LIVING: RURAL ROUTE TO ACTIVE AGING PROJECT

The Rural Route to Active Aging project offers resources to promote physical
activity and build capacity for physical activity opportunities for adults
(55 to 75) in rural areas. Print and web-based resources are designed for
practitioners, community leaders and older adults.
