> Population Health Priorities (PHP) is an innovative initiative within Capital Health that plans, develops, implements
> and evaluates a range of strategies to improve the overall health of the population. This position requires a highly
> skilled and self-motivated marketing and communications professional that wants to make a real difference to the
> community. Together, Capital Health's vision of Healthier People, Healthier Communities, can be achieved. As the
> Population Health Consultant- Marketing and Communications, you will work with a multidisciplinary team and
> liaise with corporate communications staff across sectors to plan, implement and evaluate targeted social marketing
> and health communication campaigns designed to address the Capital Health Board priorities which include:
> chronic disease prevention, healthy aging, low birth weight prevention and injury prevention. The incumbent will be
> responsible for implementing the PHP communications plan. The Population Health Consultant will use their

> Qualifications:
