hi Theonie,

re. your request for information on how reflective practice has been used to support health promotion practitioners (including projects or models) - the Best Practices Work Group (Centre for Health Promotion, University of Toronto) has been working for the last number of years on developing and testing a critically reflective approach which we call the Interactive Domain Model - it has a framework which includes consideration of values, goals and ethics, theories and underlying beliefs, evidence, and understanding of the environment, in relation to each other and to practice - we did a pilot testing with 3 sites in Ontario a couple of years ago. Currently we are working with 6 sites on "using research in practice" within the IDM Framework. If you would like the pilot testing report or a list of other materials we have on the IDM approach please feel free to contact me.

best wishes,
Barbara
