The Atlantic Health Promotion Research Centre (AHPRC) is excited to be hosting the Atlantic Networks for Prevention Research (ANPR) Forum on Building a Healthier Atlantic Canada Through Health Promotion and Prevention Research.
This event will be held from October 24-26, 2005 at the Old Orchard Inn in Wolfville, NS. The Forum will showcase the latest research in illness and injury prevention and health promotion.
ANPR is a six-year, $2.1 million research project funded by the Canadian Institutes of Health Research. It is a collaboration of four Atlantic Universities.
We encourage the submission of abstracts by July 4, 2005 under the following streams: schools, workplaces, communities, other social settings, health determinants, prevention of illness and injury, public health, knowledge translation and healthy public policy.
Please post or circulate this notice widely with your networks.
