I had the same trouble. This was my reply from the help desk. I pressed "please try again" and it worked.

Hello,

This is usually caused by popup blocker software or an outdated/corrupted version of Adobe Reader. Try turning off any popup blockers and upgrade to Adobe Reader 7.0.1 or higher. If you still have problems please click on "Please try again" located on the thank you page to bypass all popup blockers.
