I suggest checking in with the Ontario Literacy Coalition for a variety of
reports, fact sheets and links:
http://www.on.literacy.ca
And visit the National Literacy and Health site at:
http://www.nlhp.cpha.ca/
Both good places to start.

Subject: Re: [CLICK4HP] Adult education and determinant of health
There is a good text book we used in the course I recently took at Memorial
University entitled "Workforce Education The Basics" Author is Kenneth C.
Gray and Edwin L. Herr ISBN 0-205-19834-1 This text does not address
education as a determinant of health per say however it gives a good
overview of how education or lack thereof has affected the overall economic
"health" of our nation.

Hi Health Promotion community,
I am looking for some litterature on adult education and/or continuing
education as a determinant of health or, more broadly, on education as a
determinant of health .
Thank for sharing your ideas!
