Employment Opportunity with Canadian Crossroads International (CCI)
Position: National Donor & Alumni Relations Officer / Location: Toronto
Starting salary is $38,235. Some evening & weekend work is required.
Reporting to the National Director, Development and Communications this
position will manage all aspects of donor, alumni & prospect relations in
English/French including the accurate and timely acknowledgement of gifts,
correspondence and research. S/he is responsible for all database
management, administration & provides administrative support to the Director
of Development.

skills, strong written and oral skills in English/French & experience in
donor relations & in maximizing the potential in relational dBases, this is
the position for you.
Qualifications include:
Post secondary degree (BA) or equivalent experience; bilingual - verbal and
written fluency (French/English); two-three years experience in fundraising,
prospect research/donor relations; demonstrated expertise-experience with
relational dbases (Raiser's Edge preferred); demonstrated experience
co-ordinating direct mail programs; excellent written & oral communication
skills; excellent proof-reading skills; strong data entry skills (60wpm)
accuracy-exceptional attention to detail; excellent organizational,
analytical and administrative skills; respect high level of confidentiality;
high degree of computer literacy with knowledge of design and web software
an asset (Quark, Photoshop, Dreamweaver etc.).
