to present our first Women's Health and Fitness Weekend, April 26th to 28th.
This weekend features interactive seminars on nutrition, health imaging and
wellness strategies.  Enjoy yoga classes, hiking excursions, personal
nutrition and fitness counseling, or simply relax and enjoy some of our
spectacular Spa treatments.

Nestled in over 300 acres of some of the most spectacular countryside in
southern Ontario, Hockley Valley Resort, located just 45 minutes north of
Toronto, is the perfect location for this wellness getaway.   Our
magnificent rural property boasts 104 elegantly appointed guest rooms, an
18-hole championship Scottish links golf course, and award-winning cuisine.
During your stay enjoy a game of tennis, swimming in our indoor or outdoor

The Women's Health and Fitness Weekend, takes place from Friday, April 26th
to Sunday, April 28th, 2002.   The cost of the weekend is $489 per person
