Fresh new look -same quality services for healthy communities 
 
 
As of October 12 the Healthy Communities Consortium will be known as HC
Link.
Our new name and logo reflect our role to support links that create
synergy to build healthier communities in Ontario. The HC stands for
Healthy Communities which is our work and our passion. 
As HC Link we will continue to support you and your work and link you to
the services, resources and organizations you need to help build
healthy, resilient and vibrant communities.
