Hi Folks:

I am looking for any papers / reports / contacts (anything!) related to
chronic disease prevention specifically for immigrant and refugee children /
youth. I am particularly interested in school-based programs or partnerships
with schools.

I currently have practical experience working with newcomer populations, but
I am looking for some best practices to contribute to some of our planning.

Thanks,

Roxanne Felix
