The Ontario Women's Health Network (OWHN) is currently accepting applications for the Women Mentoring Women for Inclusive Leadership Program. This program will support not-for-profit organizations to foster mentoring between staff with the goal of increasing the inclusion of women in leadership opportunities.
The program will offer a number of tools to support organizations and staff to establish and maintain a mentorship relationship and the development of more inclusive work environments. The program is designed to engage two women from each participating organization.

Organizations interested in applying to participate in a Kitchener or Ottawa workshop should return their completed application form to OWHN by end of day, August 21.

Le Réseau ontarien pour la santé des femmes (ROSF) accepte actuellement les demandes pour le Programme de mentorat au féminin pour un leadership inclusif. Ce programme a pour but d'appuyer les organismes sans but lucratif pour favoriser le mentorat au sein de leur personnel et pour faire une plus grande place aux femmes dans les postes de leadership.
Le programme fournit un certain nombre d'outils pour aider les organismes et leur personnel à établir et à maintenir des relations de mentorat et à favoriser le développement d'un milieu de travail plus inclusif. Le programme exige la participation de deux femmes de chacun des organismes participants.

Les organismes qui souhaitent présenter leur candidature pour participer à l'atelier qui se tiendra à Toronto doivent remplir le formulaire de demande ci-joint et le retourner au ROSF d'ici la fin de la journée le 21 août.
