In honor of World Population Day, Edward Wilson, IQC Director of the
USAID | DELIVER PROJECT, reflects on issues of access to family
planning and contraception. Stressing the critical nature of supply
and demand information to understanding market needs and improving
access, Wilson explains how the JSI-managed USAID | DELIVER PROJECT
has developed electronic logistics management information systems in
Ethiopia, Tanzania, Zambia, and Pakistan. The systems capture,
transmit, and analyze data on supply and demand so local stakeholders
are able to plan for and maintain a constant flow of contraceptives to
health facilities and communities. Learn more at http://bit.ly/1fCRPWJ
