Great to hear that some of Toronto's finest writers are finally
"discovering" one of the most coherent and thoughtful spokesman for the
social determinants of health.  Unfortunately the reporter as is not
uncommon missed the point that it is the gradient and magnitude of the
inequity in society that creates the highest burden on health in those at
the bottom of the gradient and most every one else on that gradient if it
becomes too steep.  all I can recommend is keep up the great work Dennis.
