hi Erica - re. your email about the IDM best practices computer program and IDM Framework - yes, you are right, the computer program is not necessary to using the Framework - it can be done on paper (one group had best success using oversize sheets of flip chart paper and yellow stickies so they could easily move things around; in workshops people manage to do fine with regular size paper)

I do not know of a download site but think it is a great idea even to get
updates as they are developed.  Hopefully the download will be an option at
some point.  I hope you fare well in encouraging use of both the framework
and the software although is it fair to say that one is not necessarily
dependent on the other?  i.e. the framework would still work well with a
small group or committee using it in a handout form.
