You might "The Manager's Pocket Guide to Effective
Mentoring" by Dr. Norman Cohen  HRD Press, Amherst,
Massachusetts, US.  1999.  www.hrdpress.com

It is a 113 pg. pocket guide for use by the mentor
practitioner.  The inforamtion is arranged in a format
that provides quick access to the basic concepts and
techniques applicable to the mentoring model of
learning.  It is suitable for use workplace, academic
and social environments.
