Hello,
I am not sure if you are familiar with The Circle of Health - PEI's
Health Promotion Framework but it graphically represents the linkages
between the determinants and other dimensions of health. Also, it has
been used for presentations to community groups. You can see the visual
at: www.thequaich.pe.ca/circleofhealth.htm

Subject: Visuals - Community Health Goals and Objectives

Hello,
Would anyone know of or have any examples of fairly straightforward
figures or schematics or diagrams (1-2 pages) to suggest that present
health goals and objectives while also depicting (or not losing) the
complexity of the relationships between the various pieces. Target
audience is the general public.

Your help is appreciated.

Thank you.

Erica MacIntyre, Health Planner
