Hi Cari,

I would suggest three sources:

1. The Institute for Health & Productivity Management (www.ihpm.org)
2. Numerous articles have been published on this issue in recent years in 
the Journal of Occupational & Environmental Medicine (www.joem.org)
3. The Finnish Institute for Occupational Health - several researchers at 
the FIOH are studying this issue (http://www.ttl.fi/internet/english)
