Hi,

I was wondering if anyone can point me to some statistics and information on
the challenges faced by public service and not for profit organizations. 
Also I was wondering if anyone can direct me to statistics about things such
as absenteeism, retention rate, turnover and etc.  I need this information
to build up a business case
