I suggest the chapter 9 in titled " appareil, pratiques, vécu: une étude
monographique" by Jean-Jacques Simard and Robert Poupart . The book title is "
La culture organisationnelle: aspects théoriques, pratiques et
méthodologiques" by Abravanel and al.(dirs)(1988).
Another suggestion is Chapter 6 (les réseaux de services intégrés:
possibilités, limites et enjeux) by Anne-Marie Langlois, Michèle St-Pierre
and Clermont Bégin in "Le système de santé au Québec, organisation, acteurs
et enjeux" (2003) by Lemieux et al.(dirs)
