Participate in CBCN's Lower Your Risk survey!

 

The Canadian Breast Cancer Network is now conducting the "Lower your Risk" survey to determine what level of awareness there is about breast cancer recurrence, and how to prevent it. You must be a Canadian and have been diagnosed with breast cancer within the past 10 years to participate in this survey.

 

Your comments are very important to the network, and so this should take no more than 15 minutes to complete. By participating, you are making a real difference for others with breast cancer. We encourage you to complete the survey online at: http://legerweb.com/can/

 

The deadline for completion of surveys is Thursday, April 30, 2009.
