In a newly released blog and infographic, the USAID | DELIVER
PROJECT’s Motomoke Eomba, Director of Capacity Building, and Viktor
Kwesi Playe, Capacity Building Coordinator in Ghana, explain how the
project is addressing sustainability in training nurses and
pharmacists to manage the health commodity supply chain.

In Ghana, all nursing and pharmacy schools have incorporated supply
chain management training into their curricula, ensuring that students
are trained in logistics and ready to take on their health supply
management tasks when they graduate. With this approach, many more
people can be trained than would be possible with on-the-job or
in-service training.
