Good one tonight about the Berkshire Museum in Massachusetts,hoping to sell off a couple Norman Rockwell paintings for (they hope) 40-50 million, to keep the lights on.

I can't speak for everyone on hear, but in my world that's a fair amount of money. Problem is, Rockwell himself willed those paintings to the Museum, presumably with the intentions of having them permanently on displays here, for New Englandrs and such.  Opinions vary, as to the morality of such a move.   Those darn ethics, yet again!

It reminded me of the wonderful collection of Rockwells 2 hours north of here, in Hannibal's MT Museum.  How much might a few of those be worth, anyway? Henry, has there ever been any talk of auctioning off some of those, to be used for other purposes?  Does the museum have that right?? So many questions...
