Susan suggested the 1410 W 10th address was a typo, its not as Fears 
mentions early on that he is using that address.  I could not reply 
directly as I'm not receiving email from twain-l but it is letting me 
send them.  I believe I noted that the 1410 address would place him near 
Gravesend and that a buggy ride to Harlem would be out of the question.
