Thanks for ytour response Caespo.

In Australia we do not have any incentive for companies to take on corporate hea;th initiavies fpr their workforce population.

There are no government subsidies, legal incentives herevetc.

The ROI business case for workplace health promotion to some extent has not been validated due to variances in the quality of interventions onsite and lack of gold standard consistency with relating health impacts to productivity and injury prevention outcomes.
Moreover the corporate sector is new to strategic population based approaches to health promotion for their workforce in Aus - they are still at the stage of viewing onsite exercise classes and massages as a 'nice to have' for their staff to maintain 'employer of choice'status.

What has been your experience with government and other policy incentives for workplace health promotion if any?

Thanks in advnace
Estela

Estela Thank you. We work in health promotion from an institutional and
policy point of view. We do not provide health services as such. How can we
help you?
Cordially yours,
Caespo.
