APA On Tour: Immigrant Mental Health Symposium
The American Psychiatric Association (APA) and the Center for Addiction and Mental Health (CAMH), invite you to attend the APA's "On Tour" symposium focusing on immigrant mental health.
Keynote speaker: Dr. Kwame McKenzie, Medical Director, CAMH and CEO, Wellesley Institute
Date: Saturday, May 16, 2015, from 5:30 PM to 9:00 PM
Location: Nancy's Auditorium- YWCA Toronto, 87 Elm Street
This event is free of charge. A light dinner will be provided.
The event is intended for community leaders, policymakers, psychiatrists and other physicians, social workers, nurses, hospital administrators, legal professionals, students and others interested in mental health
The goal of this program is to address how best to promote positive mental health and health equity for immigrant populations. In addition to the presentations from subject matter experts, the program will also host a panel discussion which will provide a platform for service providers to present the range of mental health services available for the community.

"On Tour" is the APA's traveling mental health disparities awareness and elimination program.
