In 2015, Roll Back Malaria (RBM) through the RBM Malaria in Pregnancy
Working Group announced a Global Call to Action to increase national
coverage with Intermittent Preventive Treatment of Malaria in Pregnancy. As
part of this effort, the Malaria in Pregnancy Working Group developed this
infographic to highlight the impact of malaria in pregnancy interventions
and to encourage key stakeholders to advocate for malaria in pregnancy
service delivery strengthening.

The USAID | DELIVER PROJECT is an active Malaria in Pregnancy Working Group
member and is proud to share this exciting advocacy tool, which outlines
the danger of malaria in pregnancy and presents the World Health
Organization’s recommendations for its treatment, as well as key messages
for promoting investment in malaria in pregnancy programs.
