Social capital dialogue dynamic

It is undeniable that human beings need to reach out to one another to
forge relationships and partnerships. It is part of the human condition,
this desire to be part of a larger group dynamic.

It is Abraham Maslow's third need, this sense of belonging imperative to be
a part of something bigger than oneself. When we fail to create these
linkages for ourselves, we inevitably fail on a number of different levels.
Isolation and separation for too long affects an individual's success,
health, and general well being ...
