NEW book for women who have finished active treatment for breast cancer
The Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation - Ontario Region is proud to share with you a new health promotion resource called Getting Back on Track: Life after Breast Cancer Treatment. The 211-page book offers women a guide to help them navigate the physical, emotional, practical and life changes they may face when their breast cancer treatment ends.
Getting Back on Track is the result of a partnership between the Foundation and Princess Margaret Hospital, and has been shaped with input from health care providers, health promotion experts, and women who've experienced life after breast cancer. Produced by the Foundation with the generous support of CIBC, this new resource is now available across Ontario free-of-charge for use and distribution by cancer centres, health care providers and community-based organizations.
To order Getting Back on Track: Life after Breast Cancer Treatment email [log in to unmask]<mailto:[log in to unmask]> or call 1-866-373-6313 x 405. Organizations are welcome to order up to 200 copies and are asked to cover the cost of shipping, if possible.
