English:
I think that treatment options and lifestyle choices are health
determinants. But, the environnement and social determinants have an
influence on health too. I believe that social and individual determinants
are two differents ways to explain health and illness in the population. 
The interventions in environment have an impact on health but the
individuals behaviors are important too. I think the public health have to
work on this two kinds of determinants to improve health population.

Je pense que les options de traitements et les modes de vie sont des
déterminants de la santé. Mais, l'environnement et les déterminants sociaux
ont aussi une influence sur la santé. Je crois que les déterminants sociaux
et individuels sont deux différentes façons d'expliquer la santé et la
maladie dans la population.
Les interventions dans l'environnement ont un impact sur la santé, mais les
comportements individuels sont aussi importants. Je pense que la Santé
publique doit travailler sur ces deux types de déterminants pour améliorer
la santé de la population.
