Subject: 21-day intervention

My colleagues are trying to find out if there is any information or existing
research that supports a 21-day intervention to create positive behaviour
change. They site youth tobacco use as an example. Is there any supporting
data re: affecting positive behaviour change through an intensive 21-day
enforcement and education program?
