Funded by the government of Flanders, the Iniciativa project aimed to build the technical and organizational capacity of five youth-serving civil society organizations in Mozambique. To realize this goal, Pathfinder adopted an intensive capacity building approach that relied heavily on mentoring, one-on-one coaching, and practical application of skills.
