Hi:
In the 1980s I worked for a social service agency called "Opportunity
for Advancement." They used to regularly use this as an effective tool
for awareness-raising. I have not been in touch with them for years, but
just did a search and found their current contact information. I believe
they may also have developed the game, but cannot remember for sure.
