An addendum to my recent memo on info about the Huck Finn manuscript:

Also watch for the Huck Finn volume in the Oxford Mark Twain, due to appear
in
Fall 1996. That volume will include an Afterword by Vic Doyno, which will
no
doubt talk about the composition of HF, as well as a Foreword by Toni
Morrison.
I would of course recommend purchase of the entire 29-volume set (a
facsimile
printing of the first editions of all books by Twain published during his
lifetime), but Shelley Fisher Fishkin, the General Editor for the Oxford
Mark
Twain, has indicated that the volumes will also be available for individual
purchase. --Jim Leonard
